Depending on where you live and how you use Monway, you may have rights to access, know, receive a copy of, delete, correct, limit, opt out, withdraw consent, appeal, or request review of certain personal information practices.

We may need to verify your identity before processing a request. Some information may be retained where needed for security, fraud prevention, promotion administration, tax/accounting records, legal compliance, disputes, or other permitted reasons.

We only disclose, delete, correct, or export data after reasonable verification. Annoying, yes. Also the point of privacy.

Account deletion

In-app option: If available in your app version, open Monway → Profile → Help & Support → Delete Account.
Website request: Select Delete in the form below if you cannot use the in-app flow or want to submit a formal deletion request.
Retention exceptions: Deletion does not necessarily remove records Monway must keep for fraud prevention, security, tax, accounting, promotion compliance, disputes, or legal obligations.

Do not use this form for urgent support

For login issues, receipt questions, promotion questions, prize-claim help, or merchant account support, use the Support page. Privacy requests are reviewed through a separate process, because bureaucracy has layers now.
