Under various privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, Washington MHMDA, etc.), you have rights regarding your personal information. Use this form to exercise those rights.

This page can be used to request deletion of your Monway account and associated data. In-app account deletion is also available.

Processing Time: We will respond to your request within the timeframe required by applicable law, typically 30-45 days. We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests.

Delete your Monway account

In-app deletion (recommended): Open Monway → Profile → Help & Support → Delete Account
If you cannot access the app: Use this form below and select Delete as the request type.
Processing time: Account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days.
What will be deleted: Your account profile (name, email, phone, date of birth), user content (e.g., reviews), uploaded receipt photos (if applicable), and in-app inbox history.
What may be retained: Limited records required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and tax or prize reporting (if applicable).

What Happens Next?

• We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 10 business days
• We may contact you to verify your identity before processing

• For complex requests, we may extend the response time and notify you
