These Official Rules ("Rules") apply to promotional sweepstakes offered through the Monway platform (the "Platform"). Each specific sweepstakes/campaign ("Promotion") will have "Promotion Details" (e.g., dates, eligible jurisdictions, prizes, winner count, and deadlines). If there is any conflict between these Master Rules and a Promotion's Promotion Details, the Promotion Details control for that Promotion.
1.1 Age: You must be 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your state of residence, whichever is higher) at the time of entry.
1.2 Residency/Jurisdiction: Promotions may be offered only in certain states/regions. Eligibility may vary by Promotion as stated in Promotion Details.
1.3 Verification: Sponsor may require proof of identity, age, and residency. Entries may be voided if eligibility cannot be verified.
You may earn promotional entries ("Entries") by participating in sponsor-defined promotional activities, which may include:
Entry awarding may be Pending until validated. Refunds, reversals, disputes, chargebacks, fraud, or invalid submissions may result in removed/voided Entries.
AMOE is only available for Promotions whose Promotion Details state that AMOE is offered. Unless Promotion Details state otherwise, default AMOE rules apply.
Do not send cash, receipts, or purchase documents.
AMOE must meet the postmark and receipt deadlines stated in the Promotion Details. Proof of mailing is not proof of receipt. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or postage-due mail.
Unless Promotion Details state otherwise:
Monthly State Cap: 1,000 Entries per person per calendar month per state/jurisdiction, across ALL entry methods (including AMOE). Entries beyond the cap are void.
Sponsor may enforce limits using reasonable identifiers (name, address, email, phone, device signals) to prevent fraud and enforce integrity.
Each Promotion will list:
Prizes and winner counts vary by Promotion and will be described in Promotion Details.
Prizes may be sponsor-funded and may include cash or non-cash rewards (e.g., gift cards or sponsored items), where permitted.
Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value where permitted by law.
Odds depend on the number of eligible Entries received for the Promotion during the Promotion Period.
Winners are selected at random from eligible Entries using the method stated in the Promotion Details. Sponsor's decisions are final to the extent permitted by law.
Potential winners may be notified via in-app message, email, SMS, and/or push notifications, mail.
Winners must complete verification and claim within the claim deadline stated in Promotion Details.
If a winner fails verification, is ineligible, cannot be contacted, or does not claim on time, Sponsor may disqualify that winner and select an alternate winner as described in Promotion Details.
Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes. Sponsor may require tax forms (e.g., W-9/W-8) and may withhold and/or report as required by law.

Sponsor may void Entries and withhold or revoke prizes where permitted by law.
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's first name and last initial, city/state, and prize information for promotional purposes without further compensation.
Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, outages, or events outside its reasonable control that affect entry or administration. Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel a Promotion as necessary to preserve integrity and comply with law, consistent with Promotion Details.
Participation is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy:
Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not sponsors and are not responsible for Promotions.
Participants release Apple and Google from any claims related to Promotions to the extent permitted by law.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, Promotions are governed by Nevada law and applicable U.S. federal/state promotional laws. Venue for disputes is as described in the Platform Terms & Conditions.
Where required by law or stated in Promotion Details, Sponsor may provide a winner list upon request. Requests must include the Promotion name and jurisdiction and be submitted to legal@monwayportal.com.
