Official Rules

1. Purpose and Structure

Monway operates promotional sweepstakes through the Monway mobile application, website, merchant tools, and related services.

Eligible participants may receive promotional entries through approved Monway activities, which may include receipt validation, merchant promotional campaigns, missions, referral-related features if enabled, platform engagement features, or the free Alternative Method of Entry, also called AMOE.

Each Promotion will have published Promotion Details stating the Promotion name, eligible jurisdictions, Promotion Period, deadlines, prize structure, winner count or winner-count formula, drawing date, claim deadline, and other event-specific rules.

These Master Official Rules apply to all Monway Promotions unless a Promotion’s published Promotion Details lawfully state otherwise.

2. Definitions

• “Sponsor,” “Monway,” “we,” “us,” “our” means Monway Portal, Inc.
• “Participant,” “User,” “you,” “your” means an eligible person who participates in a Promotion.
• “Promotion” means a Monway promotional sweepstakes, drawing, campaign, state pot, event, or prize program governed by these Rules and the applicable Promotion Details.
• “Promotion Details” means the specific published details for an individual Promotion.
• “Promotion Period” means the entry-earning time period stated in the applicable Promotion Details.
• “Entry” or “Promotional Entry” means a non-cash, non-transferable sweepstakes entry. Entries have no cash value, no property value, no redemption value, and no value outside the Promotion.
• “AMOE” means Alternative Method of Entry, the free method that allows eligible participants to receive Entries without making any purchase.
• “State Pot” or “State Prize Pool” means a prize pool assigned to a specific eligible state or jurisdiction for a specific Promotion.
• “Approved Receipt” means a receipt or proof-of-activity submission that Monway and/or a participating merchant has validated as eligible under the applicable Promotion rules.
• “Pending,” “Approved,” “Rejected,” “Void” refer to validation statuses. Pending activity is not final. Rejected or Void activity does not generate valid Entries. Approved activity may generate Entries subject to these Rules.
• “Potential Winner” means a participant selected in a drawing before eligibility, identity, tax, fraud, and compliance verification is complete.
• “Participating Merchant” or “Business” means a business participating in the Monway Platform whose campaigns, offers, receipts, or approved activity may be associated with Entries.

3. Eligibility

Unless the Promotion Details state more restrictive requirements, Promotions are open only to legal residents of the eligible jurisdictions stated in the Promotion Details who are at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is higher, at the time of entry.

Promotions may be limited to specific states, cities, regions, or jurisdictions. If a jurisdiction is not listed as eligible in the Promotion Details, residents of that jurisdiction are not eligible for that Promotion.

Participants must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number, and any additional verification information reasonably required by Sponsor. Sponsor may require proof of identity, age, residency, address, tax status, and eligibility before awarding any prize, commission, bonus, or benefit.

Unless the Promotion Details expressly state otherwise, the following persons are not eligible to win:

• Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor;
• Immediate family members and household members of the persons listed above;
• Persons directly involved in designing, operating, administering, validating, auditing, or judging the Promotion;
• Owners, employees, managers, or authorized users of a participating merchant, to the extent they are entering through or validating activity involving their own business or affiliated business;
• Any person prohibited from participating by law, sanctions, tax restrictions, payment processor rules, platform rules, or Sponsor’s compliance policies.

Sponsor may deny participation, void Entries, withhold prizes, or disqualify any person if eligibility cannot be verified.

4. Promotion Details Required for Each Promotion

Each Promotion must have published Promotion Details before opening that Promotion to participants. Promotion Details must include, at minimum: Promotion name; Sponsor name; eligible states or jurisdictions; Promotion Period start and end (date, time, time zone); eligible activity window; receipt or activity submission deadline; AMOE postmark deadline; AMOE received-by deadline; merchant review or validation deadline (if applicable); prize-pool lock date and time; drawing date and time; drawing method; prize amount, prize formula, minimum prize, maximum prize (if applicable), and approximate retail value where required; number of winners or the method for determining winner count; entry cap; AMOE Entry value; claim deadline; verification requirements; and any special restrictions.

Promotion Details may not be changed after a Promotion begins in a way that materially harms participants, except as necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, technical failure correction, clerical error correction, or preservation of Promotion integrity.

5. How to Enter

There are two general ways to receive Entries, when available for a Promotion:

• Free mail-in AMOE;
• Approved Monway Platform activity.

No purchase or payment is required to enter or win. A purchase or payment will not improve a participant’s chances of winning. All valid Entries in the same drawing pool have the same chance of winning per Entry.

6. Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

For every chance-based Promotion where Entries may be earned through receipt-based activity, merchant activity, or any activity that could be interpreted as connected to a purchase or consumer transaction, Sponsor will provide a free Alternative Method of Entry unless the Promotion is excluded, redesigned, or restricted by law.

Unless the Promotion Details state otherwise:

• Each valid AMOE submission receives fifty (50) Entries for the identified Promotion and State Pot.
• Limit one (1) AMOE submission per person per day.
• AMOE Entries count toward the same Entry cap as all other Entries.
• AMOE Entries have the same chance of winning per Entry as all other eligible Entries.
• No purchase documents, receipts, checks, cash, payment, or product proof should be sent with an AMOE submission.

To submit a mail-in AMOE request, hand-print the following information legibly on a postcard or on a card placed inside a plain envelope:

• First name; Last name; Date of birth;
• Residential street address, city, state, and ZIP code;
• Valid email address; Phone number;
• Exact Promotion name;
• Selected eligible State Pot or jurisdiction;
• Monway username or account ID, if available.

Mail AMOE submissions to:

Each mailpiece may contain only one person’s AMOE submission. Multiple cards in one envelope are void. Typed, printed, photocopied, stamped, label-based, mechanically reproduced, automated, bulk-generated, or illegible AMOE submissions may be void.

Unless the Promotion Details state otherwise, AMOE submissions must be postmarked during the Promotion Period and received by Sponsor no later than the AMOE received-by deadline stated in the Promotion Details. Proof of mailing is not proof of receipt. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, postage-due, stolen, destroyed, or undelivered mail.

AMOE submissions become Sponsor’s administrative records and will not be returned. Sponsor may retain AMOE submissions for audit, compliance, dispute resolution, tax, legal, and fraud-prevention purposes.

Mail-in AMOE is the free method of entry for Monway Promotions.

7. Platform Activity and Receipt-Based Entries

A Promotion may allow eligible participants to receive Entries through approved activity in the Monway app or website, including approved receipt submissions, merchant promotional campaigns, missions, or other disclosed engagement features.

Receipt-based or activity-based Entries are conditional until reviewed and marked Approved. Pending activity does not guarantee Entries. Rejected or Void activity does not generate valid Entries.

Unless the Promotion Details state otherwise:

• The activity must occur during the Promotion Period.
• The receipt or activity submission must be uploaded by the deadline stated in the Promotion Details.
• Merchants and/or Sponsor may review submissions for validity.
• Merchants generally have ten (10) calendar days after submission, or until the final merchant review deadline stated in the Promotion Details, to approve or reject receipts.
• Sponsor may finalize, audit, correct, approve, reject, or void submissions as needed for fraud prevention, technical correction, legal compliance, or Promotion integrity.

Receipt-based Entries are not final until approved. Refunds, returns, reversals, disputes, chargebacks, altered receipts, duplicate receipts, fake receipts, invalid transactions, unauthorized transactions, merchant disputes, or fraud may result in Entries being voided.

Participants must keep original receipts and supporting proof until the Promotion is complete and all prize claims are resolved. Sponsor may require the original receipt or additional verification if a related Entry is selected as a potential winner.

Receipt-based Entry amounts must be disclosed in the app, Promotion Details, or campaign terms. Entry amounts should be based on disclosed promotional rules and must not require a purchase where a free AMOE is required by law.

8. Entry Limits

Sponsor may enforce limits by using reasonable identifiers, including name, residential address, email, phone number, device signals, account history, receipt patterns, payment records, merchant records, IP address, location signals, and other fraud-prevention tools. Creating multiple accounts, using other people’s identities, manipulating addresses, using bots, farming Entries, submitting fake activity, or attempting to evade caps may result in disqualification, account suspension, voided Entries, forfeited prizes, and other remedies. Entries are personal to the participant and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, traded, purchased, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

9. Equal Chance Per Entry

Each valid eligible Entry in the same drawing pool has the same chance of winning as every other valid eligible Entry in that same pool. A purchase is not required to enter or win, and a purchase does not increase the chance of winning compared with obtaining Entries through AMOE. The number of Entries a participant receives may vary based on eligible approved activity, AMOE submissions, timing, limits, caps, and Promotion rules, but all valid Entries in the same drawing pool are treated equally. Participants may use AMOE to receive Entries without submitting a receipt, subject to the same cap and deadlines that apply to the Promotion.

10. Prize Pools and Sponsor Funding

Monway may create separate State Prize Pools for separate eligible jurisdictions. Prize amounts, winner counts, and prize allocation may vary by Promotion, state, jurisdiction, and Promotion Details.

Unless the Promotion Details state otherwise, an eligible State Prize Pool may have a stated minimum promotional prize amount. Any minimum prize amount, prize pool, winner count, tier, or allocation will be disclosed in the applicable Promotion Details before the drawing.

Prize pools are Sponsor-funded promotional prizes. Participants do not pay for Entries, do not contribute money to the prize pool, do not own any part of the prize pool, and do not receive any property interest in Sponsor funds. Sponsor may fund prizes from lawful sources, including Sponsor promotional budgets, platform revenue, advertising revenue, merchant service fees, sponsorships, brand promotional contributions, business operating funds, reserves, or other lawful Sponsor-controlled funds.

Any displayed prize amount, pot amount, estimate, progress bar, tier, or semi-live prize display before final lock is an estimate only and may change based on validation, rejected receipts, refunds, chargebacks, fraud review, accounting adjustments, merchant corrections, technical errors, legal compliance, or Sponsor correction rights.

The final prize amount and winner count for each State Prize Pool will be locked before the drawing, no later than the time stated in the Promotion Details. Once locked, the final prize amount for that drawing will not be reduced except as required by law, fraud correction, clerical error correction, or other integrity issue permitted by these Rules.

11. Prize Tiers, Winner Counts, and Allocation

Prize tiers, prize amounts, winner counts, minimum prize amounts, maximum prize amounts, top-up amounts, allocation formulas, and any tiered distribution method will be stated in the applicable Promotion Details before the drawing, unless the Official Rules lawfully provide otherwise.

Sponsor may choose to top up a finalized State Prize Pool to a stated promotional amount only if that top-up amount is disclosed in the applicable Promotion Details or otherwise permitted by law. No top-up amount, minimum prize amount, winner count, tier threshold, or allocation applies to a Promotion unless it is expressly stated in the applicable Promotion Details or otherwise permitted by law.

Unless the Promotion Details state otherwise, prize allocation may be structured as follows:

• One winner: 100% of the State Prize Pool.
• Two winners: each receives 50% of the State Prize Pool.
• Three or more winners: sequential halving may apply. Winner #1 receives 50% of the State Prize Pool, Winner #2 receives 50% of the remaining amount, Winner #3 receives 50% of the next remaining amount, and so on, with the final two winners splitting the remaining amount equally.

Example only: if the Promotion Details state that a finalized State Prize Pool is $12,000 and the Promotion uses three winners with sequential halving, Winner #1 would receive $6,000, Winner #2 would receive $3,000, and Winner #3 would receive $3,000, before any required tax withholding or lawful deductions. If the Promotion Details state a different allocation method, the Promotion Details control. This example is for explanation only and does not state, promise, or set any prize amount, top-up amount, winner count, tier, or minimum prize for any Promotion.

Rounding to the nearest cent may be applied, and Sponsor may adjust minor rounding differences in the final payment. Sponsor may use a different prize structure only if disclosed in the Promotion Details before the applicable Promotion begins or as otherwise permitted by law.

12. Approximate Retail Value

For cash prizes, the Approximate Retail Value is the stated U.S. dollar prize amount. For non-cash prizes, the Approximate Retail Value will be stated in the Promotion Details where required, and Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value where permitted by law. Prizes are not transferable, assignable, or exchangeable except at Sponsor’s discretion or as required by law.

13. Winner Selection and Drawing Method

Winners will be selected at random from eligible Entries in the applicable drawing pool using the random-selection method described in the Promotion Details. Monway may use a physical drawing device, digital randomization, a certified random number generator, an independent drawing service, or another lawful, auditable random-selection method, as specified for that Promotion in its Promotion Details.

Unless the Promotion Details state otherwise, the following integrity procedure applies regardless of method:

• Sponsor closes the entry ledger for the applicable State Prize Pool.
• Sponsor removes void, rejected, duplicate, excessive, ineligible, or disqualified Entries.
• Sponsor assigns each eligible Entry a drawing index or equivalent ledger position.
• Sponsor uses the published randomization process to generate a random drawing result.
• The generated result is mapped to the final eligible entry ledger using a pre-determined method that gives each eligible Entry an equal chance of selection.
• If the generated result is invalid, outside the eligible range, improperly duplicated, technically corrupted, or tied to a void Entry, Sponsor will repeat or continue the drawing as needed.
• For multiple winners, Sponsor may remove each already-selected winning Entry or participant before selecting the next winner, depending on whether the Promotion allows more than one prize per person.
• The drawing may be live-streamed, recorded, audited, replayed, or documented for integrity purposes.

Unless the Promotion Details state otherwise, there is a limit of one prize per person per State Prize Pool per Promotion. Sponsor’s decisions regarding drawing administration, eligibility, validation, disqualification, and prize award are final and binding to the maximum extent permitted by law.

14. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received for the applicable Promotion, State Prize Pool, and drawing. Because Monway may use entry caps, multiple entry methods, state-specific pools, fraud review, and verification procedures, odds may vary by Promotion and jurisdiction.

15. Potential Winner Notification

Potential winners may be notified by in-app notification, email, SMS or text message, phone call, push notification, mail, or another contact method associated with the participant’s Monway account. Potential winners are responsible for maintaining accurate account and contact information. Sponsor is not responsible for undeliverable messages, blocked emails, spam filtering, carrier errors, disabled push notifications, incorrect phone numbers, incorrect addresses, or failure to check account messages.

Unless the Promotion Details state otherwise, a potential winner must respond and begin the claim process within seven (7) calendar days after Sponsor’s first notification attempt. Being selected does not guarantee a prize; a selected participant is only a potential winner until Sponsor completes verification.

16. Winner Verification and Claim Requirements

Before receiving a prize, a potential winner may be required to complete some or all of the following: confirm legal name, age, residential address, email, and phone number; provide government-issued identification; provide proof of residency in the eligible jurisdiction; provide tax documentation, including IRS Form W-9 or W-8 if required; complete an affidavit or declaration of eligibility; complete a liability release where permitted; complete a publicity release where permitted; confirm the original receipt or proof of activity if the winning Entry came from a receipt or approved activity; provide payment information through Sponsor’s approved payment process; and pass fraud, sanctions, compliance, and account-integrity review.

Sponsor may disqualify a potential winner who is ineligible; cannot be contacted; fails to respond on time; fails to complete verification; provides false, incomplete, inconsistent, or misleading information; violates these Rules, the Promotion Details, the Terms & Conditions, or law; submitted a void, fraudulent, altered, duplicated, refunded, reversed, disputed, or invalid receipt or activity; or attempts to manipulate the Promotion, the Platform, or winner selection. If a potential winner is disqualified, Sponsor may select an alternate winner using the same drawing method or another method disclosed in the Promotion Details.

17. Prize Payment and Taxes

Prizes may be paid by check, ACH, approved digital payment method, gift card, merchant credit, or another method stated in the Promotion Details. Cash prizes are stated in U.S. dollars unless the Promotion Details state otherwise.

Sponsor may withhold, offset, delay, or condition payment as needed for tax reporting, fraud prevention, legal compliance, identity verification, payment processor requirements, or investigation of disputed activity. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, local, and other taxes, fees, and reporting obligations associated with any prize, commission, bonus, or payment. Sponsor may issue tax forms and report payments as required by law. Sponsor is not responsible for winner bank fees, payment processor fees, tax liabilities, incorrect payment information, or delays caused by winner verification failure.

18. Forfeiture, Alternate Winners, and Unclaimed Prizes

A prize may be forfeited if the potential winner is ineligible, fails verification, cannot be contacted, fails to respond by the deadline, refuses required documents, or violates these Rules; if the winning Entry is void or invalid; or if payment would violate law, sanctions, tax rules, payment processor requirements, or compliance obligations. For forfeited prizes, Sponsor may select an alternate winner or handle the prize as stated in the Promotion Details, and may comply with applicable unclaimed property laws where required. No participant has a right to a prize unless and until Sponsor verifies eligibility and formally confirms the prize award.

19. Fraud, Abuse, and Prohibited Conduct

Participants may not: submit fake, altered, duplicated, stolen, purchased, fabricated, or misleading receipts; submit receipts for transactions they did not make or were not authorized to submit; submit receipts that were refunded, returned, reversed, charged back, disputed, or canceled; use bots, scripts, farms, emulators, automation, bulk methods, or technical manipulation; create or control multiple accounts to evade limits; share, sell, trade, purchase, or transfer accounts or Entries; use false identity, address, location, or payment information; manipulate merchant review, referral placement, prize calculations, drawing results, or system logs; harass, threaten, bribe, pressure, or retaliate against merchants, users, Sponsor personnel, or reviewers; attempt to hack, overload, disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Platform; or violate law, these Rules, the Promotion Details, the Terms & Conditions, or merchant rules.

Sponsor may investigate suspected abuse and may void Entries, remove rewards, reject receipts, suspend or terminate accounts, disqualify participants, withhold prizes, require additional verification, reverse payments, or take legal action where appropriate.

20. Referral and Network Features (If Enabled)

Monway may offer referral features, invite codes, network placement, or promotional referral bonuses. These features are optional and may not be available in every version, jurisdiction, platform, or Promotion. Referral features do not require any purchase and are not an investment, not a security, not gambling, not wagering, and not a promise of compensation or other financial benefit.

Unless the Promotion Details state otherwise: referral bonuses are separate Sponsor-funded promotional benefits; they do not reduce any winner’s prize; they do not affect the odds of winning; they are not Entries unless expressly stated; they are payable only after the related winner or qualifying participant completes verification; if the related winner is disqualified or fails to claim, related pending referral bonuses are void; they may require tax forms, identity verification, and legal eligibility; and Sponsor may withhold, reduce, void, correct, or recover referral bonuses due to fraud, errors, refunds, chargebacks, duplicate accounts, ineligibility, or legal compliance. Self-referrals, referral cycling, account sales, spam, fake or bot invites, location spoofing, manipulation of non-direct placements, and other referral abuse are prohibited. Sponsor may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue referral features prospectively at any time where permitted by law.

21. Merchant Bonuses (If Enabled)

Monway may offer separate promotional bonuses to participating merchants, including a seller bonus, winning-location bonus, or business participation bonus. Merchant bonuses are separate Sponsor-funded promotional benefits. They do not reduce winner prizes, do not affect participant odds, and do not create any right for participants. Merchant bonuses may be subject to merchant agreements, tax documentation, fraud review, account status, payment status, and legal compliance. Sponsor may withhold or void merchant bonuses if the merchant is suspended, terminated, unpaid, in breach, involved in fraud, or otherwise ineligible.

22. Points, Scores, Badges, and In-App Rewards

Monway may display points, scores, badges, trophies, levels, rankings, leaderboards, or similar engagement features. Unless the Promotion Details expressly state otherwise, these items have no cash value, are not property, are not transferable, are not redeemable for cash, do not guarantee prizes, do not promise compensation or other financial benefit, and may be corrected, adjusted, removed, expired, reset, or discontinued. If any points or rewards are used as Entries for a Promotion, that use must be disclosed in the Promotion Details and remains subject to all caps, verification, AMOE, and equal-chance requirements.

23. Privacy and Data Use

Participation in Promotions is subject to Monway’s Privacy Policy, Privacy Choices, and Privacy Request process. Sponsor may collect and use personal information to operate Promotions, validate receipts, verify eligibility, prevent fraud, communicate with participants, process prizes, comply with tax and legal obligations, respond to privacy requests, and enforce these Rules. Sponsor may share limited information with service providers, payment processors, identity verification vendors, fraud prevention vendors, participating merchants, tax professionals, legal advisors, and government authorities where necessary for Promotion administration, compliance, or legal obligations. Sponsor may retain Promotion records, AMOE submissions, receipt verification records, winner documentation, tax records, fraud-prevention records, and dispute records as needed for legal, compliance, audit, tax, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution purposes. Some data may be retained where legally required or necessary for fraud prevention, prize fulfillment, tax reporting, or dispute resolution.

24. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, accepting a prize gives Sponsor permission to use the winner’s first name, last initial, city, state, likeness, image, voice, statements, prize information, and Promotion participation for advertising, marketing, publicity, winner-list, and promotional purposes without additional compensation. Sponsor may require a separate publicity release where permitted by law. Where publicity rights are restricted by law, Sponsor will limit use accordingly.

25. Release of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, by participating in a Promotion, each participant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, service providers, participating merchants, advertising and promotional partners, payment processors, app stores, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to: participation in the Promotion; Entry submission; receipt or activity validation; winner selection; prize acceptance, receipt, use, misuse, loss, or taxation; technical failures; unauthorized access; human, clerical, typographical, printing, or system errors; fraud or misconduct by participants or third parties; or any violation of these Rules. Nothing in these Rules limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or other non-waivable rights.

26. Technical Issues, Errors, and Force Majeure

Sponsor is not responsible for technical, network, server, app, device, email, SMS, mail, payment, platform, merchant, or third-party failures that affect participation, Entry recording, communication, validation, drawing, or prize fulfillment. If fraud, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failure, outage, malware, cyberattack, platform error, merchant error, mail disruption, natural disaster, war, labor dispute, government action, legal restriction, or other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity, security, fairness, or proper operation of a Promotion, Sponsor may, to the extent permitted by law: suspend, modify, delay, or cancel the Promotion; void affected Entries; correct affected records; select winners from eligible unaffected Entries; or take other steps necessary to preserve Promotion integrity. Sponsor may correct obvious errors, clerical mistakes, miscalculations, display errors, duplicate records, technical bugs, and mistaken prize displays.

27. Platform and App Store Disclaimers

Apple Inc., Google LLC, app stores, mobile carriers, device manufacturers, payment processors, and internet service providers are not sponsors, administrators, endorsers, or operators of Monway Promotions unless expressly stated in the Promotion Details. Each Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple or Google. Participants release Apple, Google, and applicable platform providers from claims related to Promotions to the extent permitted by law. Use of the Monway app is also subject to applicable app store terms, device terms, and third-party service terms.

28. State Registration, Bonding, and Jurisdiction Restrictions

Promotions are void where prohibited or restricted by law. Sponsor may restrict eligibility, exclude jurisdictions, modify Promotion Details, cancel a Promotion, delay launch, complete filings, obtain bonds, establish prize trusts, or take other compliance steps where required by law.

Sponsor will not open a Promotion to residents of a jurisdiction requiring sweepstakes registration, bonding, trust accounts, prize filings, or similar pre-launch compliance unless Sponsor has completed the required compliance steps or has determined that the Promotion is legally exempt.

Sponsor may refuse to award a prize or pay a bonus if doing so would violate applicable law, tax rules, sanctions, anti-money-laundering requirements, payment processor rules, app store rules, or regulatory obligations. Participants are responsible for complying with laws applicable to them.

29. Advertising and Promotional Language

All advertising, app screens, merchant displays, QR codes, landing pages, push notifications, social media posts, and marketing materials for a Promotion must be consistent with these Rules and the applicable Promotion Details.

Monway Promotions must not be advertised as gambling, betting, wagering, lottery, casino gaming, investments, securities offerings, compensation programs, or promised-return programs.

30. Disputes and Governing Law

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or stated in the Promotion Details, Promotions and these Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any formal claim, participants must contact Sponsor at legal@monwayportal.com and allow thirty (30) days for informal resolution, unless prohibited by law. Unless otherwise required by law, venue and dispute-resolution procedures are governed by Monway’s Terms & Conditions. Some jurisdictions may provide non-waivable consumer rights; nothing in these Rules limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

31. Winner List

Where required by law or stated in the Promotion Details, Sponsor may provide a winner list after winners are verified. To request a winner list, email legal@monwayportal.com with the Promotion name, state or jurisdiction, drawing date, and your name and contact information. Sponsor may limit winner-list disclosures to protect privacy, comply with law, prevent fraud, and avoid disclosure of sensitive personal information.

32. Changes to These Rules

Sponsor may update these Master Official Rules from time to time. Updated Rules apply prospectively unless otherwise required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, technical correction, or Promotion integrity. A Promotion that has already started will generally remain governed by the Rules and Promotion Details in effect when that Promotion began, except where changes are required by law, necessary to correct errors, or necessary to preserve fairness and integrity.

33. Severability

If any provision of these Rules is found invalid, unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If modification is not possible, the provision will be severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
