What to include in your message

Identify your account

Include your Monway account email, username if available, and the best reply email. Do not include passwords, full SSNs, full payment card numbers, or unnecessary private documents.

Explain the issue clearly

Tell us what happened, what page or app screen you were using, what you expected to happen, and any error message you saw.

Add relevant details

For receipt issues, include submission date, merchant/store name, and status shown in the app. For promotions, include Promotion name, State Pot, drawing date, or entry reference if available.

Response and processing times

General support: We aim to respond within 1–2 business days, depending on issue volume and complexity.

Privacy requests: Handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable law. Verification may be required before we act.

Prize or promotion issues: Claim deadlines, verification, eligibility, taxes, and the applicable Official Rules control.

Formal legal notices: Send to legal@monwayportal.com with enough detail for review.
